Want to achieve high-performance results? Take a look at your rhythm

A high-performance culture doesn’t just materialise in your company. A lot of pieces of the puzzle need to fall into place before everything starts to take off, and that requires time. One of the most important steps we teach you at Corodo as an entrepreneur is to establish your own rhythm. What does rhythm have to do with your business? We are happy to explain our vision.

Set your own rhythm according to these five principles

At Corodo, we specialise in achieving a high-performance culture for both entrepreneurs and athletes. We do this with individual and team coaching sessions, as well as the ‘From basketball to the workplace’ workshop, about which you can find more info here. And today, we briefly explain five building blocks.

Want to be a more self-assured young person in the workplace?

Corodo’s origins, as many already know, lie with a mission in sport. After all, our story began with training basketball players so they would perform better as a team. We started with the individual, as we do to this day, in order to lay a powerful foundation for improving the collective.

What are the basic characteristics of self-leadership?

As an entrepreneur in heart and soul, you have to be many things, against all the odds. One of them is undoubtedly being a powerful leader. Which is not straightforward, as strong and fair leadership is something you don’t just learn in a textbook or on the Internet. At Corodo, we specialise in coaching entrepreneurs and athletes to adopt a high-performance culture, invariably starting with self-leadership.

What we learn from our Red Devils’ World Cup campaign

The World Cup was already a while ago, and unfortunately left a trail of disappointment throughout the country. Both our team’s players and hopeful supporters were left somewhat dejected, and morale sank deep below zero. But isn’t there anything we learn from this woeful experience?
