About us

Personal coach Julie Allemand

Focus on

the individual

From a young age, Dominic Rossi, managing director of Corodo, already felt that we don’t really exploit our full potential. “Early in life, I sensed that the focus was often primarily on the team and that the individual’s development, which is essential for personal talent, had to be sacrificed as a result.”

During one of his many trips, Dominic’s vision was confirmed. He found that abroad, especially in the sports world, much more attention was devoted to the unique personality behind the athlete. He continued to promote this vision in Belgium, becoming the high performance coach for numerous elite athletes and top entrepreneurs he is today.

“I felt early on that basketball was a tool for me, paving the way for both athletes and entrepreneurs.”

Working from

the inside out

Corodo’s approach involves working from the inside out. Not allowing yourself to be led by your fears, but by your strengths. Dominic applies three core values: love, intensity and satisfaction. He and his team feel a genuine affection for their coachees, and use this connection to seek depth in a light-hearted approach (after all, a little laughter works wonders.

Personal coach Maxime Depuydt

With a versatile

team of experts

“I strive, along with a versatile team of experts, to get the most out of every individual who walks through the door. We don’t just work on competences, but also focus on human skills: who you are and what values are important to you. The self-awareness you develop as a result is something you apply on the court and in the workplace.”

Personal basketball coaching

“If you want to determine your team’s rhythm, you need to be highly aware of and feel your own rhythm first.”

Meet the team

Pierre Lakiere

Individual high performance coach

“Dominic and I have been working together for more than 10 years. He invited me with the utmost confidence to join him in providing basketball training sessions within Corodo. I soon realised that my mission was to examine the inner person rather than their physical capacity. This was also due to my job as a non-commissioned officer in Defence: a focus on the mental aspect and an eye for the smallest detail. By following courses including professional coaching, character structures and a masterclass in systemic coaching, it became clear to me that if the inner being is slightly off balance, this is also reflected in the performance. Not just in the sports arena, but certainly also in the work environment. That’s why with great conviction I am part of Corodo People Performance today.”

Jienke De Leyn

Player, individual coach and trainer of Corodo Basketball

“From a young age, I was able to develop within the warm-hearted Corodo family to become a professional player and eventually, a Corodo coach. I want to give all athletes within Corodo this opportunity. I enjoy working with other people and want to help them improve so they can reach their full potential. At Corodo, you can be who you are and there is room to grow at your own pace with the right values. That’s a great match with my personality and has led me to where I am today, to help others.”
