Is there more potential to be unleashed in your team? Four challenging workshops

As an employer, how do you create maximum productivity in the workplace?

In four morning sessions, Dominic Rossi, experienced high performance coach in elite sport, and Rob Cuijvers, manager of Creatic Digital Agency, share how they can create a high-performance corporate culture with entrepreneurs. They have worked together for years, and this collaboration has enabled them to create a unique corporate culture within Creatic, where decisiveness and connectedness are key.

Together with the team, they managed to double productivity in two years, increasing profitability. Their recent nomination for the Trends Gazelles is the ultimate proof that creating a high-performance corporate cultureis the best formula for success in terms of sustainable growth.

In four morning sessions, through the nine principles of high performance teams

Session 1: Team values and purpose

You don’t need to tell a team whose actions are based 100% on their values and purpose what you expect from them or what their responsibilities are. They are already aware of them and pursue them as a result of intrinsic motivation, with decisive actions. Can you, in your capacity as leader, trigger this mindset in your employees on a daily basis to achieve optimal productivity?

Session 2: Safety and social awareness

By creating a sense of safety in your team, you encourage employees to take the initiative and surpass themselves. They dare to be proactive and take risks and ownership. If there is also social awareness in your workplace, everyone understands each other’s perspective and can efficiently make full use of their unique talents. This leaves room for creativity and innovation.

Session 3: Connecting and giving feedback

Top trainers, entrepreneurs and coaches are first and foremost relationship builders. In the context of a human relationship, they give clear feedback that is taken to heart. And that, in turn, is the performance accelerator in your team. How do you make sure you make a genuine connection with your team every day? And are you talking to the role the individual fulfils, or to the person behind it?

Session 4: Challenging the team

You have participated in all the sessions. Fantastic! So how will you continuously repeat this process to challenge your team members in a sustainable way and nurture a high-performance culture in which they also challenge each other? This process stands or falls with two basic principles: creating continuous support and accelerating your team’s development through rhythm in your leadership. As a result, you will not only lay the foundations for a high-performance culture, but also ensure it evolves sustainably.

The nine principles for creating a high-performance culture

No vague training sessions but four hands-on workshops, in which you and up to four other entrepreneurs are inspired by Dominic and Rob. You learn about the importance of the nine principles and how to implement them within your team, plus you receive plenty of practical examples that Rob and Dominic apply ‘on the field’ every day. They provide you with tools that you can start using immediately. Moreover, they incorporate enough time in each session to present challenges and share experiences.

Each workshop starts with a convivial breakfast and we conclude the final session with a dinner at Food Emotions. We deliberately opt for a limited number of participants to ensure quality and give everyone the personal attention they need.

“Dozens of organisations are already using these nine principles and experiencing a growth in profitability”

I found the training course very engaging, informative and inspiring. You acquire new insights from their experience and vision. The sessions were dynamic, with plenty of varied topics. The great thing was that you could immediately reflect on each subject in relation to your specific team: how we currently operate, how I take certain decisions as a manager, and subsequently think about and write down how I (and we as a team) could further elaborate or optimise certain aspects. I would definitely recommend this course to entrepreneurs who want to move forward not only with their team, but especially with regard to their own development as business owners. You are never too old to learn and you can then pass on that knowledge to your employees.

Even though I have known Rob and Dominic for several years, they continue to inspire me! The training course we received on how to get the best out of each team member, but more importantly out of ourselves, in order to create a genuine high-performance culture was fantastic! I could immediately apply the new ideas in my organisation. Among other things, they made us reflect on why values, a sense of safety, giving feedback etc. is so incredibly important if your aim is to work with a team that really wants to grow alongside the company. Both on a personal and professional level. A huge thank you!
